An even smaller little lodge could be a garden house, studio, home office, patio/picnic shelter, hobby place, party room, fair booth, game room, retreat, pet salon, etc.
- RANCH The Ranch style home is by far the most popular home and the most adaptable home built today. The Ranch style home can be designed as large or as small as needed. Typically the home is built in two modules but one can easily add more modules to change the exterior look or to increase the square footage of the home. The Prow is an alternative Ranch style which is great for narrow lots, presents an attractive outside appearance and offers a panoramic view from the inside.
- DUPLEXA duplex house is defined as a dwelling having apartments with separate entrances for two families. This includes two-story houses having a complete apartment on each floor and also side-by-side apartments on a single lot that share a common wall. A duplex allows for the owner to live in one half and rent the other, or use it solely for rental purposes. TLC can customize duplex floor plans to meet your needs.

And the attractive open plan includes a master suite, guest room, and study. Although the kitchen in this plan is nice, the open dining room and living room make for a wonderful place to entertain.
