History
TLC Modular Homes is a family-run business located in Goldendale, Washington. Our company was established in 1999, and our first orders came from our own employees. Interestingly, these homes were constructed before the factory was even built, using “open-air” modular construction, which drew a lot of attention and referrals. Our factory was completed in 2000, and we have since built and placed homes and buildings throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California. We sell directly to home buyers in Washington, and Oregon, however Idaho and California requires us to go through a licensed contractor or dealer. For large projects or those that require extensive travel, we have utilized dealers to assist with placement.
Our Products
Our Modular homes have received plan review approvals in Washington, and Oregon. In-plant inspections are conducted by Washington State inspectors to ensure full compliance with local building codes, just like on-site construction. Our company excels in the professional design and construction of various building styles including:
- custom residences including ranch, duplex, little lodges, and ADU (Accessory Dwelling Units)
- worker housing for agriculture and wind farms
Our company boasts a highly skilled team of designers who possess the expertise to seamlessly convert a myriad of floor plans into modular homes. We invite you to peruse Floor Plans.
